The representatives of Independent Energy Consultants are experienced in working with commercial and industrial facilities to help them achieve savings on electricity costs. We are independent energy brokers and utility consultants who are not affiliated with suppliers in any way.  Our primary obligation is to you, the client. When purchasing energy, let us help you determine when and where market opportunities exist.  Once our utility consultants have identified your opportunities, we will solicit bids from all eligible suppliers.  Our process for creating simultaneous bidding is the best way to create price transparency and permit an apples-to-apples comparison of offers.  This intelligence allows you to contract at the right price and terms.

With our up-to-date market database, and industry relationships, our electric utility consultants are able to source our clients' energy needs in any state that has authorized deregulation and is active.  We understand complex utility tariffs, rate schedules and available riders and will help you determine the best option for your company.  For some commercial and industrial customers that might include considerations such as:

Our job as electric utility consultants starts by gathering data about your facility, analyzing electricity loads, market conditions, and helping you develop a procurement strategy that fits your risk tolerance and budget requirements. We then put this information into a format on which suppliers are able to bid. We issue a customized Request for Proposal (RFP) to all eligible suppliers, seeking a variety of pricing options and terms so we can identify the best offer for each client.  Independent Energy Consultants then negotiates with suppliers on the customer's behalf and presents the best offer to you.  If the customer accepts the offer, our utility consultants will assist in the completion of the selected supplier's contract and switching process.  Our electric utility consultants will provide ongoing customer assistance and quarterly savings reports.

To obtain an electric rate quote, please fill out our Electric Utility Quote Request Form.  An electric utility consultant from Independent Energy Consultants will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your situation, help you develop a procurement strategy and answer any questions you might have.  Our energy sourcing services are provided FREE-OF-CHARGE to you and we will be there to assist you during the life of your supply agreement.  Our only requirement of you, is that you accept our brokered offer should it be lower than our mutually agreed upon price-to-beat.
